Partnering with Schools Plus

Schools Plus is an organisation that acts as a bridge between donors and schools to give disadvantaged students the opportunities that can make a real different to their education and lives.

Over the years, Schools Plus has injected $15.5 million into the Australian school system, supported more than 620 projects, and benefitted over 183,000 students.

Founded by the author of the Gonski Report, David Gonski, Schools Plus focuses on lifting the standard and facilities in education. For example, if your school has an issue such as lack of STEM facilities, mental health support or lower-than-expected literacy levels, your school can apply to Schools Plus with a proposed solution for funding and partners.

We give a voice to schools. No one knows the needs of our students like the principals and teachers who teach them.

The Phillips Brothers Foundation has partnered with Schools Plus to work with a cluster of schools in the Koo Wee Rup region and are working on an action plan, and matching support, to ensure the children at these schools don’t miss out on the educational support they need to meet their potential.
