Mental Health - Fit Dads

Fit Dads Australia is a Melbourne-based group of local dads and community leaders that support Men’s fitness, health and wellbeing. Fit Dads has been running for over 20 years and participates in group challenges to raise funds to support disadvantaged kids in education and sport.

The aim of Fit Dads is to keep Men connected with each other, help them stay fit, connect them with new positive and leadership networks, and help mentor the younger generations.

Mental Health - The Phats

The Phat Boys is based in Melbourne’s bayside area and supports local men with their health, wellbeing, fitness and mental health. The Phat Boys are focused on creating friendships, networks and a dynamic community of local men to keep members connected and supported.

The Phat Boys provide advice on everything from exercise and nutrition, to rest and relaxation, plus run events and contribute to the community. Connecting with Fit Dads, the Phat Boys are part of a positive ripple effect for men.

Yes, you can. We’re passionate about working with organisations that are focused on creating opportunities and access to education, and providing infrastructure and activities, that create a holistic education experience.
